01Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website, requesting a quote, or engaging ApisBee for services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you don't agree, please don't use our services. These terms are legally binding between you and ApisBee Digital Solutions.

We may update these terms. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

ApisBee delivers a comprehensive suite of digital services:

• Website Development: Custom websites, landing pages, CMS integration
• App Development: iOS and Android applications, cross-platform solutions
• E-Commerce: Online stores, marketplace integration, payment gateway setup
• CRM Systems: Customer relationship management, inventory tracking
• Digital Marketing: SEO, PPC, social media management, content creation
• Enterprise Software: Custom solutions for healthcare, hospitality, education, logistics
• Bulk Messaging: SMS campaigns, WhatsApp Business API integration

03Project Process

All projects follow a structured workflow:

• Discovery: Requirement gathering, project scope definition
• Proposal: Detailed scope document and pricing agreement
• Advance: 50% deposit required to initiate work
• Development: Agile delivery with milestone reviews
• Delivery: Final testing, revisions, and handover
• Support: Post-launch support per agreed terms

04Payment Terms

• Deposits: 50% advance payment required before project commencement
• Final Payment: Remaining balance due upon project completion and client approval
• Accepted Methods: Bank Transfer, UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Cheque
• Taxes: All applicable taxes (GST) included in invoices
• Late Fees: 1.5% monthly interest on overdue invoices
• Currency: All prices quoted in Indian Rupees (₹)

05Revisions & Approvals

To keep projects on schedule:

• Revision Limit: 2 rounds of revisions included (content only, no scope creep)
• Approval Timeline: Client feedback within 48 hours of each review round
• Scope Changes: Must be submitted as a change request with revised estimate
• Approval Sign-off: Required at each milestone before proceeding

06Intellectual Property

Clear ownership terms to avoid disputes:

• Deliverables: Full ownership transferred after final payment clearance
• Pre-delivery: All work remains ApisBee property until paid in full
• Licenses: Third-party tools/plugins remain subject to their own licenses
• Open Source: Open-source components used will be identified in documentation
• Proprietary Rights: ApisBee retains rights to methodologies, frameworks, and templates

07Client Responsibilities

• Timely Feedback: Provide approvals and content within agreed timelines
• Assets Delivery: Provide all required materials (content, images, branding) on time
• Single Point of Contact: Designate one person for all project communications
• Third-party Access: Provide necessary access to existing systems/accounts when required

08Post-Delivery Support

• Bug Fixes: 30 days free bug fixes for delivered work
• Maintenance: Optional monthly maintenance packages available
• Training: Up to 2 hours of handover training included
• Warranty: 1 year warranty on code quality and functionality

09Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all shared information confidential for 3 years post-project completion. This includes business plans, technical specifications, client lists, and pricing details.

10Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Liability limited to project fees paid for the specific service
• No liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• No liability for delays caused by client-side delays or third-party issues
• Services provided "as-is" — we warrant professional work but not specific business results

11Termination

• By Client: 50% deposit non-refundable; charges for work completed apply
• By ApisBee: 30 days written notice for ongoing maintenance agreements
• Emergency: We may suspend services for non-payment or breach

12Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in [City], India. For international clients, Singapore arbitration applies as fallback.
