Refund & Cancellation

Overview

We believe in transparency. Here's exactly how refunds and cancellations work for projects booked with ApisBee — no fine print, no hidden terms. All amounts referenced below are in INR unless otherwise agreed in writing.

1. Project Initiation & Deposits

50% — Advance payment required to begin. Secures team resources and locks in your project timeline.

• Non-refundable once active work begins (see Section 3)
• Balance: remaining 50% due on final delivery
• Invoices include 18% GST (where applicable)

2. Before Work Starts

If you cancel within 48 hours of signing the agreement, and before any work has started:

• Full refund minus a 10% admin fee
• Processed within 7–10 business days
• Written cancellation required (email to our support address below)

3. After Work Starts

Once our team begins active development on your project:

• The initial 50% deposit is non-refundable
• Any additional work completed is billed at our standard hourly rate
• Remaining balance (if not yet invoiced) is refunded in full
• Third-party costs (hosting, plugins, stock assets, licenses) are non-refundable

4. Refund Eligibility

• Service Not Rendered: Service unavailable due to our failure — full refund
• Unexcused Delay: Delivery delayed beyond 30 days without valid reason — prorated refund
• Quality Issues: Delivered work doesn't match the approved spec after 2 revision rounds
• Mutual Termination: Both parties agree to end the project — cost of work already completed is deducted

• Domain and hosting fees (if purchased through us)
• Work already completed and delivered
• Consultation and strategy sessions already completed
• Stock assets and design assets purchased for the project

7. Force Majeure

In the event of natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, or other events beyond our reasonable control, we'll reschedule or adjust project timelines accordingly. Refunds in such cases are considered on a case-by-case basis, based on work already completed and unavoidable third-party expenses incurred.
